I am someone who others have described as a 'head person'. I have been interested in healing for sometime now and have delved in several modalities. I have been very interested in the Regenetics Method when I first heard about it and after having my Potentiation session yesterday, this morning I realise that my head is 'quieter' and I am able to relax more.
