Practiced yoga,meditation together with body work/ healing as my profession for 35 years. Have studied spirituality , and kept all manner of practices all of my adult life. And in particular searched for the means to handle my emotions as they are held in the body staying current and sorting those of others I’ve carried to leave my own to understand where my healing needs to happen. Have looked for a means of healing DNA a long time.
