As for sleeping, I sometimes nap but usually don't sleep in the day. I hope this is something that the Articulation can help with. I do assume that changes are happening all the time!
To your later remark, I think I've found the Uniqueness episode and will see it.
I also wake up at ~3 am and struggle to get back to sleep. I hope to clear this as the process moves forward.
For your later comment, I DO have the Sonic Slider from Eileen's organization. I also have the 144 Hz fork which was recommended to me in a program a couple years ago. I don't have the boot attachment. Not sure I need one? I assume you are thinking of using the Sonic Slider all over the body?
I am sorry you are tired too, although I appreciate that you understand the situation. And I got a chuckle out of your pun!
I had various Herxes with the Potentiation but I thought nothing big until I asked Sol about it. I got a flu November that included some hives.
I haven't had hives in a long time and these didn't respond to OTC meds. Perhaps some of this was a Herz. After the Articulation, I've experienced a shift to a better mood which has been difficult to maintain with the combo of illness and the state of the world. I think I am starting to get to a few chores that have been waiting for me. All good.
Sometimes, I can see this as a long journey of growth and there has been a lot of that. But I miss participating and contributing to life.
How have you managed the down times? Thanks. I've been enjoying this conversation!
