I'm an Alexander Technique teacher. From learning the technique I learned to work on or rewire the brain. In my first AT lesson a switch flipped and energy came pouring out of my hands. Since then I do energy work, as well. I developed a long distance healing method based on the aforementioned. Regenetics seems like the obvious next step. I got very sleepy during my potentiation. This happens a lot when I get worked on. I'll start writing a book about this stuff soon.
