61 year old male human being who loves life and for over 25 years now I have been actively seeking to improve my overall well being through healthy food, exercise, spirituality, and any other method that I become aware of. In the past year I have awakened to much of the manipulated "reality" here on planet Earth and am very selective of what I expose myself to. Last year I escaped Palm Springs, CA and moved to a mountain ridge in the Smoky Mountains of TN where I am surrounded by mountains and forest and all kinds of wildlife.
