I work in my 3 passions: classical music (pianist) ballet, and healthspan coaching. I have been concerned about the effects of the Covid vaccines on DNA and if there will be a way to help people and possibly reverse the damage. When I heard the interview with Sol, I knew that I should learn this and have it in my toolbox. It makes sense to me and I can see that it is something that is essential to everyone's health, well-being and growth. I am enjoying learning and know that I will need some assistance in proper understanding and execution beyond what I read in the book.
