I have been on a healing journey for over 40 years, mostly from a psychological and spiritual aspect, having been brought up in a fundamentalist religious home. Also, having an interest in healing, I went into the medical field. Five years ago, I began searching in earnest in alternative and energetic healing methods, trying to find something to help my husband who was spiraling downward with autoimmune disease and side effects from treatment. Western medicine we both were trained in was failing us big time. He transitioned 3 1/2 years ago, and until COVID this year, I hadn't really grieved. But with him gone and nothing else to focus on, it is time to deal with what I have avoided for so long: truly taking a look at myself and facing my fears of not being worthy, fear of failing and being wrong in somebody's eyes no matter what I do. Coming across this work recently, it really resonated in a way nothing else has, like puzzle pieces all of a sudden finding their fit. Various body work methods have not helped me, neither have attempts at meditation, theta healing, subconscious reprogramming methods, etc. So far, and it's only been a few days since potentiation, my neck, which has been an issue since a car accident in 1982, has improved, as has the slipped disc on my right TMJ. My goal is not the physical though, but more the spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects. Any physical benefits are a bonus. I am grateful to be a part of this. Thank you.
