I became interested in "energy healing" methods in the 1990's and learned TFT and EFT. I studied Holographic Repatterning, now called Resonance Repatterning. I became certified in that method when it was still called Holographic Repatterning in approximately 2003. There were a number of different modalities that were used to help clear blocks - including some sound/toning modalities, use of different colored lights on various meridian points/chakras, movement, use of essential oils, etc. Next, I started studying M3 for higher Consciousness with Farrell Brenner, who uses affirmations and alchemical drops that he imprints with various healing messages and using ormus and nano minerals to "hold" the messages. I found using both methods helped to catalyze my personal work - as well as sessions that I did with others. I heard about Potentiate Your DNA from Farrell Brenner - and really loved my initial session with Sol and Leigh. I am grateful for this method, and for the opportunity to learn from others in this community.
