I am a 55 year old man. I have had some damage to my body frame over the years but nothing has compared to the recent symptoms I am experiencing since receiving a Shingrix vaccine on Nov. 15, 2019. I have been diagnosed as having Reactive Arthritis caused by the Shingrix vaccine. I currently take Methotrexate 10mg. Not sure if that is working but, I have recently since potentiation seen some very slight gains in my health. My symptoms are terrible swollen knees and tight, painful shoulders. Also fatigue. I did begin eating and drinking a vegan SOS diet 4 months ago. I also gave up alcohol.I was a daily beer drinker but now have quit that. My change of diet cased me to lose 35lbs and I do feel better except for my affected joints.
