Please Share a Bit about Yourself.

I live in Hawaii where I teach yoga and meditation. I’ve been practicing yoga for 45 years and teaching for 25. I’m also a hypnotherapist and sometimes combine sound in my sessions. I spent 20 years touring as a professional musician from the mid-70s to mid-90s. I continue to play and record music. I’ve spent most of my life searching for ways to reach higher states consciousness. That search took the form of experimenting with psychotropic substances in the late 60s and early 70s. Although I found that experience mind opening, ultimately I’ve opted to practice a very clean lifestyle since the mid-70s. Most recently I’ve been researching and beginning to use tuning forks for healing work, beginning with myself, to notice the effects. I look forward to this journey into potentiating my DNA.
