I am a woman, wife and mother on a journey. I believe that ultimately we are one and that our essence is love. I have spent my working life so far helping others to help themselves to get well, initially through Physiotherapy and other Era 1 and 2 modalilities. I have dragged my sceptical aspects kicking and screaming to be here today because my instincts won't let me do otherwise.
