I started my spiritual quest in 1974 together with my twin sister Johanna. Some activities were helpful, others left us with big question marks or great disappointment. Finally, 2010 we seem to have found our home with the teachings of Alberto Villoldo. We are full mesa carriers. Recently, we met our teacher from the 4Winds here in Germany and she spoke about your work which seems to gel with the shaman teaching!
