I'm on Day 8, Schematic 1, and the first 2 days were amazing with beautiful thoughts, insights, and feelings of connection. Then the digestive issues hit like a tsumani- gerd and hiatal hernia, which I hadn't experienced this intensity before. It forced me to change to a much lighter, gentler diet, much better for me.
So I know this is working for my highest good, --then again- what a crazy rough ride its been. I thought my stomach would climb up and out my throat-all night long. I didn't sleep for most of the week. Today I'm finally coming out of it.
I like thinking of Love presence now, very soothing. I also have been experimenting with singing tones into the painful areas of my body. I just play with the tones, see how they feel. The conscious healing process is amazing.

Hello, I just found your post. I am on day 8 of potentiation today and although my hostel hernia began about a month ago. I am extremely uncomfortable with it today! And I am feeling just generally miserable With a lot of dizziness. I almost fell over a few times today.
did the hernia resolve for you? Did you do anything that helped it along? Thanks so much! PS-you posted this note on my birthday 4 years ago-fun synchronicity!
Have you considered something like this to target specific trauma and stress that might be contributing to the issue?

Thank you, Sol. What a fascinating concept! As I listened I noticed immediate resistance to the idea of doing a recapitulation. Perhaps ego screaming to hold on to its identity... But I can hear my soul saying yes. I will try this and see how it feels to call back my own energy and rid myself of "foreign" energy.

Wow Stephanie, a professional cellist, this is absolute wonderful foundation or training in this work. I will so interested to hear how you use this wisdom to help you overcome any hurdles that may come up in the healing process. Tones, harmonies and colors...oh my I love it. I am really glad you shared that with me this is very powerful Stephanie, very powerful. I will share one more thing, as just simple food for thought in your journey dear friend. Every person here has a healing journey that is unique to them, it is my personal belief and I do mean very personal (as I have no other data then the few scheme 1's I have interacted with here). Scheme #1 paths are so hard because they have a foundation or training that will allow them to transcend where others would get stuck and go no further. I say because in all my activation's which have been extremely challenging, I got myself out of via sound every time. I am not saying this is your journey as only you will know for sure, but I am saying that the training that you have now in conjunction to Regenetics much is possible with those two and I cannot wait to see how you bridge them in your own unique way and heal yourself in the process. Tough as nails, Nathan, You are right there--but very soft on the inside. A little about myself, I was a professional cellist, so sound is everything to me- tones, harmonies, colors, qualities, all so entrancing. Then ehs hit and I moved into my basement and have spent lots of healing time in a box. So, that is the nail part- just being able to face this devastating issue. Then comes this Potentiationon and I am so ready to explore it fully. Thank you for your encouragement, it means a lot.
