Musings on 9/11 and prayer

I don't know if this will be interesting for anyone, and probably I should just write it in a journal, but I have never gotten into journaling consistently, so here goes.

On one hand I feel as if I'm in a waiting room, on hold until the magical five-month mark when my fragmentary body will heal.

On the other hand, I can't just hibernate, and must still do things.

Today is the anniversary of 9/11, and I know someone who was very traumatized by it. It may be what tipped him over into having an out-of-control kundalini experience, which led to a lot more trauma.

Dr. Hew Len's version of the Ho'oponopono prayer is something that appeals to me, and it comes easily. I've read a bit in Larry Dossey's Healing Words recently, which has made me contemplate how I can have more heartfelt intention when I repeat those words.

I think it was just this morning that I realized that if I identify with Sophia, then the "I'm sorry, please forgive me" lines in the long version of the prayer make emotional, not just intellectual, sense.

So that is what I'm doing for my friend.

Thanks so much, Sol! I came over to put some YT Calm Whale channel music on, while praying and apologizing to everyone (as Sophia) for the archons, and saw your comment. I also love "the FB be darned." Now to read your response to another post.
