Hi there Sol:

I know in your book, you very clearly indicate that part of going through the Potentiation process means that your body will (probably) need more water, more food, more sleep, etc.  I'm currently in 6 down (this Friday, will be the start of 5 down for me).  I wanted to post here because over the last 3-4 weeks, I've gotten to the point where I'm just contstantly exhausted ALL THE TIME and it doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get, I / my body still seems to want / need more sleep.  There are days when I get 10, 11 and even one day where I got 12.5 hours of sleep - but it's never enough.  Is this amount of sleep considered "normal" for this process?  Also, will this pattern continue for the duration of the 9.5 month timeframe?  I don't think this is exercise related because the only exercise I currently do is walking. I generally walk 5 days a week where I aim for at east 10,000 steps on those days.  I am planning on going on through the next 3 steps of the Potentiation process, but I was also wondering - does this level of exhaustion and extreme need for sleep pervade the following 3 steps as well?

Thanks in advance for your time and attention to this matter.

Best regards.

Bonnie Nicholson

  • Hi there, Bonnie! Everyone is different, of course. That said, some people sail right through without any fatigue. I wasn't so fortunate myself. I definitely felt as if I was "moving mountains" of toxicity for several months before I began to get back significant amounts of energy. Typically, by the time people do Articulation, they're beginning to have a sense of having released enough dross to start moving upward. Does that help?

    • Thank you for your reply Sol.  I appreciate it - and at least it gives me something to look forward to!  I do have a couple of other questions but will post them separately as they are unrelated to the issue in this thread.  Happy Holidays!

      • Right on, Bonnie. Happy Holidays to you as well!
