Coffee

Hello. I listened to a podcast with Sol and Dr. Jason last night. I was reminded by Dr. Jason about the mold in most coffee. Since I just starting drinking a little bit of organic coffee again, I'm wondering how personally I should take his opinion to drink only special mold free coffee (which I remember now that I did drink in another coffee drinking era). He mentioned that it doesn't give him jitters like other coffee does. He doesn't talk about any other overt symptoms. How do others feel about it?
