Hello, I will be approaching the "sealing" I think it is callled, in early March. Can anyone explain what to exptect next or what is the next step? I have read PYDNA but my comprehension is lacking it seems. Thank you.

Thank you Sol. It sounds interesting. I am hoping the 4 month charging phase will begin to heal the problems I have been experiencing this past year with my health. I have to say at this point I am a bit dissapointed. I was hoping for more definitive results but I am optimistic for a good outcome . I have had significant breakthroughs but setbacks are troublsome.
The charging phase is often very fortifying, especially if the time leading up to sealing has involved significant detoxification, so we'll see how it goes in your case ...
