Yes, I am about a month and a half in and I have definitely experienced a shift in point of view... It had already started to happen because of much of what I have read but I am excited about the whole process unfolding.

I am a carpet designer that starting asking questions about health and wellbeing when my husband went to the ER On New Years Eve a year and a half ago, and I have not stopped! It started more to help my husband but in turning that attention to myself, I noticed subtle issues in me. I have a passion for sharing this information because I feel that much of the world suffering needs much love and positive intentions
