I live with my mom and our 2 dogs. I haven't had a regular job in about 4 years and am newly menopausal. I need to put a quality life together but have psychological issues. Now struggling with more (still minor) physical ones than I'm used to. Have a spiritual outlook but trouble with discipline. Not entirely as unhappy as I must sound here, but frustrated by how much time and money I've "'wasted" trying things that did not work for me, yet knowing I didn't really do them "right," either.
