Activation itself was a powerful and energetic session. Each day I have mapped my energy levels, physical and emotional condition. Each night has been filled with revelatory dreams that I have recorded each morning in my Potentiation Journal.

My life-long journey has been to fully awaken spiritually. I started a Buddhist meditation center in 1983 and it is still thriving today. I have also studied and practiced Taoist qigong, taiqi, and other metaphysical practices since 1974. Despite all this work, the full awakening of kunkalini (or activation of the microcosmic orgit) has alluded me and my recent research has taken me to Sol and the Regenetics method. Sharing some of my dreams may help to expose more of my process.
