Regenetics & Meditation

Hi everybody,

I have now completed my Articulation and waiting for my next to come Elucidation. I would like to know if there would be any particular type of meditation which would enhance and benefit the process. There are so many methods out there, I would be happy to receive some guidance. Would meditation benefit from incorporating sound even though I know Sol is not too keen on recorded sound in his writings. Thanks

Aude

  • Hi Aude

I think it is very important to keep this thread open  - since when meditation is pursued with the correct perspective and technique in can accelerate our journey towards enlightenment

I think a good way to differentiate and identify the reliable techniques is to determine the following

    1. Has the founder reached any appreciable level of enlightenment including unity consciousness
    2. How many of the people are experiencing benefits -
    3. Does it conform to the original blueprint - Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

You will find an underlying appreciation from all these founders for what are called the - Yoga Sutras by Patanjali - one of the most scientific dispositions on the theory of enlightenment through mediation presented during the dark age (about 5,000 years)

The Sutras will reveal the purpose of mediation and many hindrances along the path - and will allow you to identify the techniques that are in alignment with the original intent (I recommend getting various translations - since the original Sanskrit is quite cryptic and has many modern interpretations)

The first prerequisite mentioned is moral perfection or "unity consciousness" and this is where the regenetic method is highly advised (priceless) - since many operate from a place of emotional fragmentation that can contaminate their best intentions

I think it's important not to get carried away with lofty metaphysical expectations - and keep it simple - maximize synchronization between the right and left hemisphere of the brain with some empirical studies to eliminate doubt

Identify an agreeable brain entrainment audio - and simply perform the practice for 20 minutes a day with the intent of quieting the mind chatter to reach that place of silence between thoughts where the infinite creativity can be accessed

  • Excellent suggestions for anyone on the healing path, David!

  • Dear Aude,

If you too believe in Gaia, Pancha Mama, Mother Earth, then spend time in nature, in the forest, walking barefoot in the grass as often as you can. She will nurture you.

Also, cultivating and spreading Loving-Kindness is a great healer of body and soul. Miracles spring forth from kindness and gratitude.

    Be Well dear one.

Elements of your journey definitely sound familiar, Evolve Now. :-)

As for lightening up and spending more time in joy, yes, yes, yes!

Thank you very much for this perspective. I, too, have spent 15 years in meditation and yoga with absolutely no benefits to my physical health. I even spent 6 months with John of God in Brazil, where we sat in meditation for 3-6 hours a day. It did help me with my spiritual growth but not my physical health. It could be argued, however, that all that "work" made me a match to Potentiation. Reading this post made me think that now, maybe, it is time to lighten up a little bit and spend more time in joy than solitude.

    Bonjour, Aude!

Having spent years doing so in the past, with very little benefit in terms of my overall health, I no longer meditate in the traditional sense--and I don't think it's necessary to do so to have great equanimity and sustained wellbeing.

I also don't believe that this process of inner unfoldment necessarily needs to be "enhanced"--only paid attention to and cultivated with intention.

My advice, such as it is, would be to live with passion, explore your creativity, dream big, and do what you love surrounded by those you love--while keeping on the lookout for miracles, large and small, of healing transformation.

    Hope that helps a little!

  • You might enjoy the documentary Awake: the Life of Yogananda. You use to be able to stream it on Netflix. I'm not sure if that is still an option. Or try your library.

Hi fellow potentiators! I am reading an amazing book called Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda, founder of the Self Realization Fellowship. A number of serendipitous occurrences (which have been happening a lot since my recent potentiation!) led me to it recently. So far it has been a fascinating and enlightening read and has sparked my interest in studying a form of meditation called Kriya yoga. I felt the urge to mention this inspiring book and author in this forum to both share with fellow truth seekers and see if anyone else has read his books or lessons and/or practice this or similar forms of yoga and could comment on their experience. A newbie, I don't know how to start my own thread but as a response here seems appropriate. So far I think his teachings fit well with the goals of potentiation in that the goal is to realize our unity with the divine, release the ego-principle which brings us under the sway of cosmic delusions such as separation and generally make this world a better place.
  • Right on, Steve. Looking forward to it!

  • Thanks so much. Will keep you posted.

Great stuff and our pleasure, Steve! :-)

I absolutely identify with the sensation being "back" that you describe in connection with various experiences I've had during Regenetics.

It will be interesting to see if/how this feeling persists, repeats, intensifies and/or transforms over time.

Please keep us in the loop--and happy potentiating!

  • Hi Penelope,

Just you wait. The leaps are bigger and more profound. I'm so satisfied with how my path is opening up for me. I look forward to hearing about your progress and insights. Thanks for your kind words.

Hi Steve, Just wanted to jump in and tell you I've enjoyed your posts. I'm new to Regenetics but not a spiritual stranger as I've been on the path of discovering myself since I had an extremely vivid NDE over 40 years ago.  I've been out there searching for decades and have really gotten an education, but I'm still seeking "the greatest gift".  I liked your description of feeling an upgrade and I can relate.  Whenever that happens, it's like a whole new door has opened and your resolve to commit to the journey steels up. I haven't even had my Potentiation yet (due March 5, 17) but I'm having shifts and openings and synchronicities and precognition already.  I KNOW something's happening. The best to you in your travels.

  • Just so you know, Penelope, people regularly describe feeling Regenetics well before their session, so what you said makes perfect sense to me. :-)
